- Added a TODO comment to change the parcels field type to BigDecimal for future updates, ensuring better type accuracy.

- Added checks to ensure the requester's country code and VAT code are valid before proceeding, and refined VAT number processing for more precise validation.

- Updated the Importer class to manage identification fields, ensuring unique entity handling and proper database record management during imports.
