Nebulas Analytics now supports scheduled, automatic delivery of published dashboards: dashboard owners can send a chosen dashboard view to selected recipients on a recurring basis, with full control over cadence, weekday, time, timezone and locale. This sits alongside a dashboard area that is already easier to navigate, with redundant menu entries removed and clear guidance shown when a search returns no results or no private dashboard exists yet. Together, these changes remove the need to manually export and email dashboard views, so stakeholders keep receiving the numbers they need without anyone having to remember to send them.

Scheduled delivery for your dashboards

Dashboard owners can now schedule the automatic, recurring delivery of a published dashboard to chosen colleagues. This complements the Nebulas Analytics dashboard area, which already has a cleaner menu and clearer guidance for searches and empty dashboards.

  • You can now set up a recurring schedule that automatically delivers a published dashboard view to chosen recipients, with full control over cadence, weekday, time, timezone and locale.
  • The dashboard area, branded 'Nebulas Analytics', already has a cleaner menu after redundant entries such as Home, My dashboards, Overview, Sales, Documents and Purchases were removed.
  • Searching for a dashboard already shows a clear 'no results' message instead of an empty screen, so you always know what happened.
  • If you have no private dashboards yet, you're already guided straight to a reviewed KPI template to get started quickly.

What's new

The main addition is for anyone who exports and emails dashboard views by hand today: you can now set up a recurring schedule that sends a published dashboard to chosen recipients automatically, choosing the cadence, weekday, time, timezone and locale that fits your team.

This builds on a dashboard area that already carries the Nebulas Analytics name and a cleaner menu, with redundant entries removed and clear guidance shown when a search comes up empty or when you haven't created a private dashboard yet.

Why it matters

Scheduled delivery removes a recurring manual task from analysts' and dashboard owners' calendars. Stakeholders get the numbers they need, in their own timezone and language, without anyone having to remember to click export every week.

Combined with the clearer navigation and helpful empty-state messages already in place, it's easier to find the right dashboard and easier to keep the right people informed automatically.
