Technical data
The hosting infrastructure may create essential technical logs such as IP address, date, requested resource and security information. This data is used to deliver and protect the service and retained only as long as necessary.
Contacting us
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, optional company, email address and message to receive and answer your request. The request is recorded as a guest ticket in the Support Central queue, using your email address as the contact, and is also sent to the Nebulas Software inbox through AWS infrastructure and Amazon SES. The data is retained for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any applicable obligations.
Checking and sharing your IP address
The My IP tool uses our own infrastructure to return the public IP address and protocol used for a request, with its check time. Checking does not create a support record or an address history. If you submit the optional support form, we process your name, email, optional company and message, public IP address, protocol and server timestamp to handle your support request. The submission becomes a guest ticket in Support Central and an email notification through AWS and Amazon SES. These records are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and applicable obligations. Short-lived rate-limit counters protect the form. We do not send the submitted IP or contact details to analytics. CloudFront estimates the city, region, country and time zone associated with your IP address. This information can be unavailable or differ from your actual location, especially with a VPN, proxy or mobile network. The estimate is displayed with your connection details and included when you choose to send a support request. It is retained with that request and kept out of analytics.
Spam protection for IP support requests
When you interact with the IP support form, we load Cloudflare Turnstile to protect it from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information, including your IP address and browser or device signals, to perform the verification. Our server checks the verification result before accepting a submission. This security check is separate from optional analytics; checking or copying your IP alone does not load Turnstile. If verification is unavailable, you can contact us by email.

We store the choice to accept or decline analytics, together with the choice date, in browser local storage for up to 6 months. This preference is necessary to respect your decision. You can change it at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5GP3FX3L) to deliver Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-P4DDZBMY1T. Google Ireland Limited may process page paths, usage events, browser and device information and approximate geographic area. We do not send names, email addresses, company names or contact-form contents. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled; first-party analytics cookies expire within 6 months. If you decline, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. The legal basis is consent, which you can withdraw from the footer.
