Account and Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion of your Nebulas account and data

To request deletion of your Nebulas account and the personal data associated with it, please send an email to:

info@nebulas-software.com

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Nebulas account whenever possible and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Nebulas account
• Your company or organization name, if applicable
• A clear statement that you wish to delete your Nebulas account and associated personal data

You may use the subject:

Nebulas Account and Data Deletion Request

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request in order to protect your account and personal information from unauthorized deletion.

Once your request has been verified, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or other regulatory obligations. Any information that must be retained will only be kept for the period required by applicable law.

Facebook Login and Facebook data

If you used Facebook Login to access Nebulas, Nebulas may have received information from Facebook necessary to authenticate your account, such as your name, email address, Facebook user identifier, and other information authorized by you.

Requesting deletion using the procedure above will also request deletion of the Facebook-related information stored by Nebulas and associated with your account, except where retention is legally required.

Remove Nebulas from your Facebook account

You may also disconnect Nebulas directly from your Facebook account. In Facebook:

1. Open Settings & privacy
2. Open Settings
3. Go to Apps and Websites
4. Find Nebulas
5. Select Remove

Removing Nebulas from Facebook prevents the Facebook connection from continuing to be used.

Please note that disconnecting the Facebook application does not necessarily delete an existing Nebulas account or information that was previously stored by Nebulas.

To permanently request deletion of that information, please follow the Account and Data Deletion Request procedure described above.

You may also contact Nebulas through our Support Center if you need assistance identifying or deleting your account.

When submitting your request, please clearly specify that the request concerns account and personal data deletion.
