It may include design, installation, migration, updates, monitoring, backup, recovery, support and capacity management. The agreement defines the exact scope, service hours, customer responsibilities and measurable objectives.
02Where is the data stored?
Data location is selected and documented in the architecture. We can design for EU data residency where required, but the precise region, providers, replicas and external services must be confirmed in the specific service scope.
03Can you migrate files and permissions from an existing system?
Yes. We first measure volumes, formats, ownership, shares, versions and permission quality. A dependable migration includes rehearsals, reconciliation, a cutover plan and a strategy for the previous system.
04Is Nextcloud suitable for regulated data?
It can form part of an architecture with appropriate residency, access, encryption, retention, logging and procedures. No product makes an organisation compliant on its own; requirements, roles and evidence need to be assessed in context.
