How is the price calculated?
The base charge, enabled users and storage above the allowance are added, then the plan’s monthly minimum applies. Usage may absorb part of that minimum; the minimum is not added a second time.
Which quantities are billed?
A user enabled during any part of the month counts as one user-month. Storage is averaged from daily measurements above the included GiB. Prepayment discounts the recurring part, not incremental usage.
What is quoted separately?
Migration, initial setup, integrations, custom development and third-party licences are separate items. Your quote specifies the scope, support and any one-time work.
How does prepayment work?
