Anyone working in Nebulas ERP day to day can now handle system updates on their own terms: the old countdown that forced a session reload has been replaced with a calm notice explaining that a new version is available, letting people choose to switch immediately or keep working and update later, a consistent experience confirmed across the English, Spanish, French, and Italian interfaces so that no one loses their place in an unfinished task.

Switch to the new version when you're ready, not when the system decides

Previously, when Nebulas ERP was updated, users saw a countdown warning reading something like 'update in progress, session expiring in %s seconds', which forced an abrupt reload, often in the middle of a task. This has been replaced with a non-disruptive notice: 'A new version is available. You can keep working and switch when you are ready', with two clear options, 'Switch to the new version' or 'Later'.

  • Removed the forced countdown that abruptly ended a session mid-task
  • Added a calm notification announcing new versions without demanding immediate action
  • Two simple choices: update right away with 'Switch to the new version', or postpone with 'Later'
  • The same behaviour is confirmed in the Spanish, French, and Italian localizations

01

What changes for you

You no longer have to abandon an invoice, order, or entry halfway through just because an update has arrived. The new notice informs you and lets you decide: keep working in the current version and switch when it's convenient, or update right away if you'd rather.

02

Why it matters

Sudden interruptions during critical tasks, like closing a document or entering data, can mean lost work or mistakes. Being able to choose when to update means more operational continuity for teams relying on Nebulas ERP every day, with no surprises and no need to redo work that was already underway.
