This release makes tenant administration more accessible and job tracking simpler. Tenant administrators no longer need pilot-program enrollment to reach the backoffice configuration area, where they manage allowed domains, partner and workspace users, workspaces, and product entitlements — so onboarding new tenants or adjusting settings can happen as soon as the need arises. At the same time, job task screens have been trimmed to remove progress percentages, start and end dates, and the complete/reset controls, giving teams a cleaner, more focused view of active work.
Cleaner Job Task Screens
Job task views have been simplified so teams can focus on the work itself rather than secondary tracking fields. Progress percentages, start and end dates, and the complete/reset actions have been removed from the task screen, reducing visual clutter for anyone reviewing or working through job tasks.
- Progress percentage no longer appears on job task screens.
- Start and end dates are no longer shown on job tasks.
- Complete and reset controls have been removed from the task view.
Backoffice Configuration Now Open to All Tenant Admins
Tenant administrators can now open the backoffice configuration area directly, without needing to be enrolled in a pilot program first. This gives administrators immediate access to manage allowed domains, partner users, workspace users, workspaces, and product and service entitlements — covering the core settings needed to run a tenant day to day.
- The backoffice configuration menu is reachable without pilot-program enrollment.
- Administrators can manage allowed domains directly from the backoffice.
- Partner users and workspace users can be administered from the same area.
- Workspaces and product/service entitlements are configurable without extra approval steps.

What changes for you
If you administer a tenant, you can now go straight to the backoffice configuration area and manage domains, users, workspaces, and product entitlements without waiting for pilot approval.
If your team works through job tasks day to day, the task screen now shows only the essentials — no progress bars, dates, or complete/reset buttons competing for attention.
02
Why it matters
Faster access to backoffice settings means new tenants, domains, and users can be set up as soon as they're needed, rather than being held up by a separate approval step.
A simpler job task view helps teams focus on the work that matters, cutting down on fields that weren't essential to getting the job done.
