Nebulas has restructured its customer portal around two new self-service journeys built specifically for managing products and organizations, giving business administrators a direct, streamlined way to handle these tasks without navigating through the older, more fragmented set of pages that previously covered user, company, payment, and administrative functions. As part of this reorganisation, several legacy administrative views, including data management, licensing, instance, and service-communication pages, along with a development environment notice, have been retired, leaving a cleaner and more focused portal experience centred on the products and organizations that matter most to day-to-day account management.

New self-service journeys for products and organizations

Business account administrators now have dedicated sections in the Nebulas Portal for managing their products and their organizations. These journeys bring together tasks that administrators previously had to piece together across several separate pages, making day-to-day account management more direct.

  • Dedicated self-service section to manage products directly from the portal.
  • Dedicated self-service section to manage organizations directly from the portal.
  • Older self-service pages for user, company, payment, and admin management have been retired as part of this portal redesign.
  • Additional administrative pages for data management, licensing, instance details, service communications, and the development environment notice have been retired to keep the portal focused.

What changes for you

When you sign in to the Nebulas Portal, you'll now find two clear sections dedicated to products and organizations, built to let you complete management tasks without jumping between pages.

Older pages covering user, company, payment, and admin management, along with several advanced administrative views, have been retired, so the portal is simpler to navigate and the information that matters is easier to find.

Why it matters

For anyone administering a business account, this means less time spent searching for the right function and more time spent on decisions that actually move your products and organizations forward.

A more focused portal reduces the chance of errors and makes it easier to hand day-to-day management to different team members, with clear, consistent journeys to follow.
