With the new Analytics dashboard, anyone responsible for sales, purchasing or stock can finally see the state of the business in one place: how many documents have gone out and whether they actually arrived, what the company is truly earning once costs are factored in, and which products are at risk of running low, all reachable in a few clicks through new Overview, Sales, Documents, Purchases, Products and Profitability sections.

A single view for your business numbers

The Analytics dashboard pulls together information that used to live in separate reports. Administrators and sales managers can now check the overall value of issued documents, see whether they were read or failed to deliver, review real revenue and margins, and keep an eye on stock before it drops below a safe level.

  • See total document value and a breakdown by document type in the new Documents view.
  • Track delivery status for every document sent — Sent, Received, Read and Failed — without chasing recipients to confirm receipt.
  • Review Revenue, Cost, Profit and Margin together in the new Profitability view.
  • Monitor Stock value, Stock units, Products count and items below alarm threshold in the new Products/Stock view.
  • Move between Overview, Sales, Documents, Purchases, Products and Profitability from one dashboard navigation.

01

What changes for you

You no longer need to open three or four different reports to understand how the business is doing: open the dashboard and find documents, sales, purchases, profitability and stock organised into clear sections.

Anyone handling invoicing can quickly check whether an important document was read by the recipient or failed to send, while anyone watching margins sees revenue, cost and profit immediately, without rebuilding the numbers by hand.

02

Why it matters

Knowing straight away which documents didn't arrive lets you act before it causes payment delays or confusion with a client.

Having margin and stock visible in the same place makes it easier to decide when to reorder a product or reconsider a price, rather than finding out too late.
