This release makes two routine jobs quicker: anyone managing subscriptions or stock can now see the next renewal date and the barcode directly on the ERP record, with field labels translated into English, Spanish, French and Italian so each user works in their own language, while portal users gain a support chat they can open and close on the spot, type a message straight into, and get help without leaving the page or switching to another contact channel.

Renewal date and barcode now visible on ERP records

ERP screens now surface two details that used to require extra checking: the next renewal date for a subscription and the barcode for an item. Both fields sit right on the record, so account administrators can confirm when something is due to renew or match a physical item to its system record without switching tools. The field labels are localized, so the same information displays correctly whether you're working in English, Spanish, French or Italian.

  • The 'Next renewal date' field appears directly on the record, so you always know when a subscription is coming up for renewal without checking a separate source.
  • The 'Barcode' field is visible alongside item details, making it faster to match physical stock against system records.
  • Field labels display in Spanish ('Fecha de próxima renovación', 'Código de barras'), French ('Date du prochain renouvellement', 'Code-barres') and Italian ('Data prossimo rinnovo', 'Codice a barre'), matching the ERP interface language.

Support chat built into the customer portal

Portal users can now open a support conversation without leaving the page they're on. The chat window opens and closes on demand and includes a message field labelled 'Type your message…', so a question can be sent the moment it comes up rather than waiting for a separate email or call.

  • A support chat window is available directly in the portal, and can be opened or closed whenever it's needed.
  • The message field lets you type and send a question immediately, right from the page you're already working on.

What changes for you

If you manage subscriptions or inventory, you no longer need to cross-check separate spreadsheets or systems to confirm a renewal date or find a barcode — both are now visible right on the ERP record, in the language you already work in.

If you need help while using the portal, you can now open a chat on the spot, type your question, and keep working without hunting for a contact form or switching to a different channel.

02

Why it matters

Having renewal dates and barcodes visible at a glance cuts down the time spent piecing together information from different places, and helps avoid missed renewals or mismatched stock records.

A chat built into the portal means you can ask for help without leaving the page — support is a click away, right where you're already working.
